Dean Kelliher

Senior Vice President, Account Manager

Dean Kelliher has over 15 years experience in investment operations. His role at Revzon Consulting includes client and vendor relations, recordkeeping, tax, and trust accounting.

Dean has been with Revzon Consulting for eight years. Prior to Revzon Consulting, Dean worked in Retirement Plan Services at both Putnam Investments and Mercer.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Bridgewater State College and a Master of Science in Financial Planning from Bentley College. Dean has held the CFP Certified Financial Planner designation.

Dean lives with his wife and three children and enjoys coaching soccer, golfing, and running a charity golf tournament raising scholarship money for a local high school.

Jen Revzon

CFO, Senior Vice President, Account Manager

Jen has been working in the financial industry for over 20 years. Her role at Revzon Consulting includes client relations; account management, Trust operations and helping the company run smoothly.

Jen has been with Revzon Consulting for 9 years. Prior to Revzon Consulting, she worked at Putnam Investments in the Investment area and then in trading systems support.

Jen lives with her husband, 2 children and a variety of pets.

Mike Hemmert

Vice President, Sales

Michael has more than three decades of product and industry experience in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, and in the Employee Benefits field. In his role at Revzon Consulting, he oversees the company's EZ K Plan™ and EZ B Plan, which is a full-service, one-stop 401(k) plan package designed specifically for the small company employer and available through the investment advisor marketplace.

Prior to joining Revzon Consulting, Mike was the senior employee benefits executive at Fortune 500 companies. Recently he held the position of Managing Director at Fidelity Institutional Retirement Services Company (FIRSCO) at Fidelity Investments in Boston.

Mr. Hemmert holds a BA degree from Bowling Green State University and a JD from the Claude Pettit School of Law at Ohio Northern University. He is a former Marine Corps Officer, and completed a combat tour in Vietnam.

He resides in Hingham, MA with his wife. They have two grown sons.

Chauntaye Arrington

Senior Client Service Representative

Chauntaye Arrington began working for RCG in 2010 as an operations associate. Chauntaye plays a vital role in providing exceptional client support to customers on a daily basis.

Prior to Revzon Consulting, Chauntaye worked at Dane Shulman Associates, LLC and Computer Share.

Chauntaye lives with her two children and enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children’s extracurricular activities.

Kim Ryan

Senior Client Service Representative, Retirement Plan Services

Kim has fifteen years’ experience in the financial services industry. Her role at Revzon Consulting includes all facets of Third Party Administration including recordkeeping, compliance testing and 5500 preparation.

Kim has been with RCG since 2011. Prior to joining Revzon Consulting, Kim spent ten years at Scudder Investments. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Mathematics from Bridgewater State University.

Kim resides on the South Shore with her husband and three children.

Steve Schmitz

Client Service Representative

Steve Schmitz recently joined RCG as an Operations Associate.

Prior to joining Revzon Consulting, Steve worked at State Street Corporation for 25 years supporting institutional clients on a global level. During his time at State Street, Steve held various client service positions as well as worked closely with clients to ensure all KYC/AML requirements were up to date.

Steve resides on the South Shore with his wife and two kids and enjoys attending his kid’s sporting events, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Erin Mankavech

Client Service Representative

Erin Mankavech joined Revzon Consulting Group as an assistant operation associate. Her role is to provide support to the operations manager and department. Erin brings with her over twenty years of experience working as a real estate paralegal.

Erin attended Lasell College and received an Associates Degree in Business.

Erin lives in Marshfield with her husband and three children.

Arielle Hitchcock

Client Service Representative

Arielle Hitchcock joined Revzon Consulting Group as an Operations Associate.

Prior to her role here at Revzon Consulting, Arielle worked at State Street Corporation for 12 years supporting clients on a global level in various trade processing and operational roles as well as controls oversight and risk management.

Arielle resides on the South Shore with her husband and two dogs and enjoys yoga, going to the beach, camping and spending time with family and friends.

Faith Peak

Client Service Representative

Faith Peak recently joined Revzon Consulting Group as an Operations Associate.

Prior to joining Revzon Consulting, Faith spent ten years at Fidelity Investments and was a Substitute Teacher for Hingham Public Schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Boston College.

Faith resides on the South Shore with her husband and three children.
